  • 3 tablespoons of whole peanut butter with Taeq cocoa (160 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder (10 g)
  • ¼ cup (tea) oat drink 
  • ¼ cup (tea) of toasted and chopped hazelnuts
  • Mint leaves for garnish
