The last part of the trilogy – and the overarching Skywalker story – has now beat Avengers: Endgame’s pre-sale record on Atom Tickets.

If The Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker remains to increase momentum, it will be exciting to see where it lands on the record table. The most amount of money a Star Wars movie has received globally in its first weekend is nearly $529,000,000 thanks to The Force Awakens.
Following the pre-sales, the top five biggest selling films in the first hour of availability on Atom Tickets are now Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker; Star Wars: The Last Jedi; Avengers: Infinity War; Avengers: Endgame; Avengers: Infinity War; and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
Endgame finished its global box office haul on an Avatar-destroying $2.79bn – its nearest galactic rival is The Force Awakens, which made $2.06bn.
